New Patients

In order to continue providing the quality of care my existing patients expect of me and I expect of myself, I’ve decided to temporarily close my practice to new patients.  Once my wait list has decreased to a manageable level, I will re-open my practice on a limited basis.  Unfortunately, I don’t anticipate this happening until October of this year (at the earliest). Check this page regularly for updates, as we are unable to respond to email and phone inquiries from new patients at this time.

Established Patients

If you are already a patient, click here to schedule follow-up visits. Make sure to choose the appropriate option for either in-person or phone consultation, depending on which you prefer.  This is for existing patients only.  My practice is temporarily closed to new patients.
