Reading through those articles should answer your questions - except for the TCM perspective.  Look for a future article on that.

In short, you should eat as much fat as you want, as long as it&#039;s saturated.  Avoid polyunsaturated omega-6 fat as much as possible, and eat a small amount (1.5-2% of total calories) of omega-3 polyunsaturated fat.

		<description>This sounded like it was a great talk.  I wonder if I could find out more from another article you may have written?  I must admit I&#039;ve heard so many conflicting things about cholesterol, it is the health topic that confuses me the most as an acupuncturist.  How much fat should we all be eating anyway??  I&#039;d also love to understand this better from a chinese medicine perspective too if you have any insight on that?  This is a great site that I just discovered.  Thank you!</description>
