It’s not mean, it’s a legal issue. I have to comply with US sweepstakes law; every country has a different policy and I can’t possibly keep up with them all.

Hey Chris,
First off I am a huge fan of your website and podcast they have completely changed my ideas of good health and dieting. Anyway, I was wondering what your advice would be for people who struggle keeping weight on as opposed to off when following the paleo lifestyle. I am a 20 year old college student and I first got into ancestral nutrition after I developed ocular rosacea. Following the paleo code has undoubtedly helped my condition, but I am 6′ 2” and about 150 lbs. and I was skinny to begin with so following the paleo diet makes me feel self-conscious because people constantly tell me I look too thin. Are there certain foods (i.e. fats) that I can consume in larger amounts that will help me maintain my weight but also still be in-line with the paleo code? Thanks.
