The last post on high intensity exercise wrapped up the series on diabesity. I’d love to get your input on topics for the next blog series as well as various classes and programs I plan to launch in the next few months, so I’ve created a brief survey.

I’ll be giving four free public talks on the importance of detoxification in health in January. Subjects covered include the increasing toxic burden, the connection between food and environmental toxins and modern diseases like obesity, diabetes & heart disease, the role of a paleo-type diet in protecting against toxic overload, and specific nutrients necessary for proper detoxification.
