Note: My book, Your Personal Paleo Code, came out in paperback in December 2014 with a new name: The Paleo Cure.

I’m excited to announce that my first book, Your Personal Paleo Code, will be published by Little, Brown and Company on December 24, 2013.

Your Personal Paleo Code will be a primer on my approach to optimizing nutrition and lifestyle to burn fat, boost energy and prevent and reverse disease naturally. I’m really looking forward to having a single resource with my current thinking on these subjects to direct people to!

I’ll be writing and talking much more about the book in the months to come. In the meantime, head over to the book website to watch a brief video I put together about it. You can also pre-order your copy starting today!

  1. Hi, is there an eBook version?

And I found a book titled: Your Personal Paleo Diet
Feel and look great by eating the foods that are ideal for your body by Chris Kresser – can this be the very same as the 2 other books (Your Personal Paleo Code; = new name: The Paleo Cure) as the number of pages is slightly different. Do they include the same information or is one of the three more explicit.

I am really confused, hope you can help me sort this out, so that I can order the right book and can get started 🙂 I cannot wait!

    • These are all the same book. It’s called Your Personal Paleo Diet outside of the United States (where it was Your Personal Paleo Code). Chris just released a paperback version of the book with a new title, The Paleo Cure. Hope that clears up the confusion!

      • So just to confirm:

Your Personal Paleo Code and The Paleo Cure is all the same book?

I was confused by this as well and was trying to figure out the difference.

  2. I am in Australia and I cannot access the additional bonus chapters. I am already on the very restrictive reset including the blood sugar and auto immune protocols. This leaves very little to go on with. Please help me connect to the additional chapters to enable me to gain the full benefit of the code.

    • I also am in Australia, and have been unable to access ChrisKresser.com/PPC. Can you advise how I can access this? ……. Robin Ross

  3. I need the Autoimmune meal plan for 30 day restart as directed by “Your Personal Paleo Diet” book but cannot find it anywhere on this site.
I did find an option to sign up for a “Meal Generator” app in which I could select “Autoimmune” – but that cost $9.95 per month!! – the book did not state there was additional cost.
Please let me know asap. We are in Australia and I am desperate to see if Paleo will help my husband with his autoimmune problems!! Medical tests, pills, doctors, specialists, etc are not helping but he is getting worse every week for past 2yrs+. Please help.

  4. Help – I have purchased the book and have tried to find the extra chapters as promised in the book but I am not able to get the website ChrisKresser.com/PPC to open at all and I don’t know how to find the chapters

  5. Was trying to buy it on Amazon but Kindle version is not available. Is Amazon going to make it available on Kindle?

  6. Please provide a kindle version for internation customers.

    Looking forward to your book.

  7. The cover looks awesome.
The price on Amazon is reasonable to. Good work.
It would be cool if you could post the contents page on your blog.
