If you have a general question, please post it in the comments section in an appropriate place on the blog and he will do his best to respond.

Many common questions are answered there and it is the fastest way to receive assistance with any issues you are having. Note that support for these programs is limited to billing and administrative questions; support reps cannot answer nutrition or health-related questions.
