The cheaper alternative if you’re single or a childless couple is Nature’s Reserve beef. For those in the Mid-Atlantic States you have Shop Rite and Price Rite that sells the great Austrailian Grass-Fed Beef. Yes, they are 100% grass-fed and are working on the label to reflect that.
100,000 blessings on your head for sharing that. It’s fantastic to hear about a cheap, locally available alternative. I just do not have the money to order from the internet companies. But I’ll gladly drive an hour and a half to my nearest Shop Rite and stock up.
I’m very happy with our local Shoprite which sells grass fed lamb from Australia, as well as chicken from Readington Farms (I think based out of Pennsylvania?) which is certified humanely raised. They always have wild caught seafood choices at reasonable prices.
Since I’ve cancelled Facebook acct, can’t sign up there, but I signed up again for US Wellness newsletter. This is such a great giveaway – thanks for the opportunity.

I just found out I am type 1 diabetic. I find your website an invaluable wealth of information that i would otherwise not have been provided. Your website is inspirational and has helped make me better aware of good health not only for myself but for my young children who have the opportunity to not have to inject themselves daily like me. I am so excited to see this giveaway because after taking some time slowly eliminating grains from my families diet i am now focusing on choosing healthy meat sources. Keep up the good work!
