I wanted to share some exciting news with you about Your Personal Paleo Code and my book tour.

Perhaps the biggest news to share, is that Your Personal Paleo Code will debut on the New York Times Bestseller list on January 19. It also made the USA Today Bestseller list, which is really tough to crack since it combines all books and formats. And I was honored to be included on Greatist.com’s annual list of 100 Most Influential People In Health & Fitness list, at position #28 (up from #50 last year), along with Paleo/Primal luminaries Mark Sisson & Robb Wolf, and health celebs like Dr. Oz and Michael Pollan.

I hope you are enjoying the book and sharing personalized Paleo with your family and friends. Haven’t bought your copy yet? Click here to learn more and pick up a copy today. If you already have a copy and you’re well into reading it, I would be grateful if you wrote a review on Amazon or GoodreadsI would love to hear what you think of the book! You may also share your thoughts with me via Twitter (@chriskresser) or on my Facebook page.

There are 14 more cities to go on my book tour! Next stops include Washington, DCChicagoBoulder and Denver. Will I meet you along the way? See the full listing of book tour dates and cities.

For those of you who don’t get to meet me in person, I made my first television appearance over the weekend on Fox & Friends. Watch the segment online and share with your networks, friends and family!

“Fascinating, thoroughly researched, solution oriented.” – M Kennedy, Amazon Review

“The book challenges current “healthy” mainstream nutritional guidelines and addresses the unhealthy standard American diet…The book will serve as a great reference for all bio-hackers, healthcare professionals, and the general public.” – Jeff Gerber, MD, Denver’s Diet Doctor

“An unbiased, comprehensive, and objective way to figure out the Paleo plan that’s right for you.” – J Moore, Amazon Review

“By the time you are finished reading Your Personal Paleo Code, you will understand exactly why the changes you are making will help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Most importantly, you will learn how to adjust the Paleo diet to make it sustainable for you.” – Arsy Vartanian, Rubies & Radishes

“Kresser’s effort here is unique … taking us into the science behind the romance of “Paleo” as we have known it thus far, grounding readers first in the template we’re working with, and then also the reasoning behind it all.” – Jan P, Amazon Review

I am humbled by the early praise for Your Personal Paleo Code and I want to thank you all for your support. I am grateful to have such a wonderful readership and look forward to what comes next on this journey!

Congrats on the book! I’ve been reading my copy. I watched your Fox News segment. Makes me feel glad to be one of your patients. :)

Fox News, that’s great! And it’s great to see how relaxed you are during the interview, I would be scared shirtless. Well done!

I’m glad it made the list, but as for me, I found the book to be preaching to the choir (although II realize I was probably not the targeted audience).

Since I have many food allergies, I guess I was already doing my version of personalizing Paleo–but I read the book anyway, hoping to find a new tip or trick.

Even the “bonus chapters” on the website proved to be more choir fodder, so I allowed Hubby to take the book to work and find a new home for it. I predict it will be gone before lunch.

This book was written for newbies, and to a newbie it will go. I will, however, continue to follow the articles on the website.

I have your book, Chris, and it’s wonderful. I’m a follower of Mark Sisson’s and really enjoy both your blogs. Very helpful. I am going to begin your 30 day reset on February 1st and will give a copy of your book to my mother who will be 86 on January 29th. She exercises but isn’t really into paleo even though I’ve tried to get her to do this. She has aches from arthritis and has been getting bronchitis on a yearly basis with antibiotics which have damaged her hearing. She likes to read articles about health so I’m hoping that she’ll love your book and start following your guidelines. Thank you very much!

Hi there! I am currently listening to this book. As an athlete who is forever fine tuning the diet and lifestyle program, I am thrilled to find a group of kindred souls making their way into authentic lifestyle choices. BUT I have a problem!! The book on audible is not synced with the Kindle/e book edition and having already purchased the book on audible.com, I don’t want to pay anther 12.99 to have it on my Kindle! Is there some solution to this?? Thank you for helping me find the solutuion…

Chris, I am almost done with the book and I love it. My wife and I started reading and listening to many health professionals (you especially) after 3 yr old son developed a cancerous tumor. Your time and effort are much appreciated!
Also, I work for PowerBlock and am thrilled that you gave us a shout out in your book. We would love to send a shirt your way if you are interested!
Please keep up the good work. Your approach to health is of the best in my very meek opinion!
    Regards,
    Joe
