Although I learned content regarding improvements to health, I had no idea how to market myself, how to attract clients, what content is necessary to include on a website, how to motivate clients, how to deal effectively with clients’ setbacks, how to assess a client’s readiness for change, or how to prioritize what changes the client should make first.
