Discover Your Own Ideal Diet with the Personal Paleo Code

by

Published on

If you’ve spent any time at all researching diet and nutrition online (and if you’re reading this I’m almost certain you have), you know how much contradictory information there is out there.

Vegetarian? Vegan? Raw food? Low-carb? Zero-carb? Eat right for your type? Ornish? Esselstyn? Rosedale? Paleo? Zone? Atkins?

And even within the context of a Paleo diet, there’s still a lot of disagreement on what should – and shouldn’t – be included. Are dairy products allowed, or not? Should you eat low-carb, or is “safe starch” okay? What about nightshades like potatoes? And FODMAPs?

It’s enough to make your head spin.

If you’re like most of my patients, you’ve tried a lot of these diets. Some of them failed, some did nothing at all, and some even worked – at least for a little while. Or maybe they solved some problems (being overweight) but caused others (low energy, hair loss, cold hands and feet).

But after a while, you noticed some of your old problems creeping back in. Or maybe you’ve had trouble losing that last 10 pounds that won’t seem to go away no matter what you do.

Sound familiar? Don’t worry. You’re not alone.

The reason this keeps happening, of course, is that when it comes to diet, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.

We share a lot in common as human beings, and there are certain guidelines applicable to all of us. But we’re different in important ways too. We have different genetics, constitutions, health status, activity levels, lifestyles and goals. And all of these factors determine what an optimal diet is for each of us.

What if you could stop relying on canned approaches and rigid prescriptions, and create your own highly customized diet – one that works for your body?

My new online program, the Personal Paleo Code, will help you do just that. And it’s available now!

I’ve condensed over 10 years and thousands of hours of research and my experience working with hundreds of patients into a simple – yet highly effective – 3-step approach that will help you discover your own ideal diet and finally end confusion about what to eat.

And as a special gift to readers of my blog, I’m offering 2 exclusive bonuses to the first 150 people that purchase the Personal Paleo Code:

  • The Smart Fat Loss Code. This ain’t your daddy’s weight loss course. It’s a bleeding-edge, scientifically proven and clinically validated approach I’ve been fine-tuning with people just like you in my private practice. If you’ve tried everything – including Paleo – and haven’t lost weight, or haven’t been able to keep it off, this course is for you. It will be offered as an online class/webinar over a 6-week period in early 2012.
  • Restore Your Gut. 2,500 years ago, Hippocrates said “All disease begins in the gut.” We’re only now beginning to understand how right he was. This step-by-step guide will teach you practical strategies for fixing your gut and promoting optimal digestive health. It will be offered as a PDF, multimedia presentation, or both (I’m not sure of the format yet, but it will be awesome no matter what!) in early 2012.

These bonuses aren’t available anywhere else, and together they’ll eventually sell for 2-3 times the cost of the Personal Paleo Code.

I hope you have as much fun using the Personal Paleo Code as I’ve had creating it. I really think it has the power to change your life.

CLICK HERE to check it out and scoop up the free bonuses.

P.S. I’d love to know what you think of the program after you get inside. Leave me a note on Facebook or Twitter (with the hashtag #paleocode)!

  1. Hi Chris,

Just wondering where the anti-migrane diet you mentioned above is located in the PPC. Cheers!

  2. Hi I’m looking forward to the new program too, but am also having trouble with the links. No matter which I choose (or from where) they all lead back to the “share to win an Ipod” page. Any suggestions?

  3. I have purchased the PPP (personal paleo programme) but just wondering what the size of a silver dollar is? You say “Dark chocolate. 70% or higher in small amounts (i.e. about the size of a
silver dollar per serving) is permitted.” Sorry, I’m on the other side of the world (Australia) and wouldn’t have a clue how big or small a silver dollar is- I’m hoping it’s big 🙂
Could you tell me how many grams of chocolate you recommend. (Especially as different brands of chocolate come in different thicknesses)

    • If you put your thumb and index finger together as if you’re making an “okay” sign, that’s about the size I’m talking bout, with an average thickness bar (1/2 inch).

  4. Good day Chris,

I’m wondering if your program does anything for acne? I have tried paleo, price diet, low carb diets, PHD etc but all have not fully managed to cure my acne. One day it would seem great, then a day later 5 whiteheads popped up 🙁

Or is it that acne has other non dietary factors?

I wash my face with clear water everyday only.

    Thanks.

P.S. Is it true that a high fat diet congests the liver?

    • The Anti-Migraine diet I describe in the PPC often works very well for acne. No, it’s not true that a high-fat diet congests the liver.

    • Jensen,
Acne is an inflammatory condition. To cure mine permanently I had to eliminate all grains, all dairy, all nightshades, all nuts and all soy. For 3 months. It took a while. I also attacked it from the outside with very good quality skin care. Plain water cannot cut the industrial fallout that coats your face. Think about all the stuff that makes smog, plus vehicle exhaust, tire dust, brake dust, garden dirt spread by leaf blowers, fireplace smoke and the cooking vapors in your own kitchen. In flammation happens in pores where bacteria have something to dine on, sebum primarily. Gluing sebum to your face with the above toxins is no good. Good diet heals from inside by hygiene cannot be avoided. I use Ole Hendriksen. It’s all botanicals. There is a zinc “roll on” spot treatment that works wonders. Also, cosmetics like crappy sunblocks do no help either. This is sort of off topic, and I apologize for rambling on. Stick with your diet, no cheating and avoid those supplements that can contribute to acne. Check with your doctor or nutritionist on that.

      • Just a bit of correction to my post. In addition to the typos I spelled the name of the skin care product I use incorrectly. It is Ole Henriksen and can be found at http://www.olehenriksen.com. I do not work for them or anything like that.

I was thinking about this while in the shower this a.m. — where I live, the pH of my tap water is 8.0. I know this because I have a swimming pool and battle daily with the total alkalinity of my fill water. My water includes a lot of chlorine and ammonia and the first thing I do post showering is use a product to get my skin back to a healthy pH.

  5. Hi Chris – I bought the PPC and downloaded the pdf books – great stuff and thank you. However I cannot access the members’ area. I don’t know my password but when I click the ‘forgot your password link’ I get a message telling me my email is not recognised or I haven’t activated my account. Help please!

    Mary Brennan
    Home email is [email protected]
    Work email is [email protected]

  6. I signed up via my iPad, now, how do I access my materials from my computer so I can print stuff and use a real keyboard and mouse to fill in the forms?

  7. I just ordered one plan but it charged me for more. Same problem as above. I never got to a page that allowed me to delete extra orders. How do I get much account corrected for just one charge.

    • Please use the Feedback tab from within the members area to notify support and they’ll issue a refund for the duplicate charge immediately.

  8. I’m interested, but I was wondering if you might be able to answer a few questions I couldn’t quite gleam from the about page. Does it work like you put in your weight and other health markers and it will tell you how many carbs you should be eating and whether you should eat potatoes at that stage or a pl;an specifically for anxiety. Is my understanding of it correct?

    • Not exactly. The Personal Paleo Code program teaches you how to determine what an optimal diet is for you (based on your goals, health conditions and life circumstances) using a 3-step process. Then you can use the Meal Plan Generator to create meal plans that contain recipes with only the ingredients and approach you’ve discovered works for you.

  9. I would like to purchase the program as a gift for someone else. Is there any special way to do that?

Also, as I won’t be the one using it, could we change the monthly fee for the meal plan generator to another credit card if the gift recipient wants to keep using it?

    Thanks!

    • To purchase it as a gift, you could purchase it yourself and then use the Feedback tab to send an email to support asking us to change the email address associated with the account. We would also change the password and then send the login details to whoever you wanted to gift it to.

    • The affiliate program is not ready yet, but I’ll send an email out and post messages on Facebook and Twitter when it is.

  10. I’m having the same problem! I want to purchase the program today to get the bonuses but I only want to be charged once. What should I do?

    • Allison,

Hopefully you figured this out, but at the bottom of the order page there’s a button that says “shopping cart” or “view cart”. You click that and then you can delete the duplicate orders.

  11. All the links seem to keep sending me to the ipad sweepstakes site.. not details about the ‘program’ or what you are purchasing..

  12. I don’t even get a link to buy the program, just the original notice for it. Where is the link to purchase?

  13. I’m having the same problem. I went back to read the information on the previous page, and now it’s sell me 2x the product and there doesn’t appear to be a way to delete the number of items. I don’t know how to delete it so that I only purchase one.

  14. Chris,

Help, i want to purchase the program with the bonus, but every time i click on the get instant access the price goes higher and higher, How much is the program? is it 97 $ ? why is it trying to change me 675 ?

    • Alisha,

Return to your cart and delete the extra line items in your cart to bring your total back down. You can do this buy scrolling down to the bottom of your order page that has your order total.

    • Alisha, I wondered that too.
It’s because it doesn’t delete the “order” you already placed, so if you are being charged 675$, it’s just because you pushed the button 675/97=7 times. At least that’s, what happened for me ;o)

I have a question too, though.
Do you need to have things shipped to you? Being a Dane, shipping gets EXPENSIVE!

I’d love to try the program, though!

    • It seems like the offer has been taken down. The page I get is the ‘old’ one…requesting email to be notified when it launches. 🙁

      • Cheryl, are you accessing it via your mobile device/ ipod? Happens to me when I did that, until I switch over to my laptop

  15. Hi Chris-
I’ve been anxiously awaiting the release! The links are not live, keeps going back to the original notify page.
